Installation
-
Remove the battery cover and Install the batteries into
the Rolee Polee mouse. Caution: Use
only NiMH rechargeable batteries with this device.
-
Plug the “UFO shaped” receiver into any available
USB port. The operating system should automatically detect the receiver
and install the appropriate drivers. For Windows 98, you may have to
insert the Windows 98 CD-ROM
-
Unwind the “skinny little cord” from the bottom
of the UFO shaped receiver and then plug it into the bottom of the Rolee
Polee mouse. An LED light on the Rolee Polee should light up when you do
this.
-
The Rolee Polee works both with and without the “skinny
little cord” plugged into the bottom of the mouse.
-
Leave the Rolee Polee plugged into the
skinny little cord with the computer running
for the first day, so that the batteries get a good charge.
-
Keep in mind that your computer must
be running in order for the battery charger to work. For example,
if you want your batteries to charge overnight, then you must leave your
computer running overnight.
Ok, now here’s the part that confuses most people,
